Emma lashed out against producers who rush films before scripts are finished, showing disrespect for writers’ work.
She affirmed that nowadays films begin shooting before the screenplays are ready and this occurs especially with expensive movies because they need top level stars, who work all the time and have to be fitted into timescales.
So when the stars are temporarily released, they are immediately recruited to begin shooting, even without a complete script and Emma thinks that this is absolutely ridiculous and unfair.
